This is a very versatile bondage restraint system consisting of a neck collar, two wrist restraints and a heavy duty connecting strap with nine different connecting point D-Rings. The neoprene collar adjusts between 14 and 20 inches and the wrist cuffs adjust between 8 and 16 inches.
