This heavy duty collar is made from high quality neoprene which ensures a comfortable fit as well as fluid resistant fun. It features 4 built in D rings for attaching tie downs and other restraints. The buckle is lockable with a padlock so there's no chance of escape.
The inside is lined with soft neoprene material so there are no exposed metal bits. Perfect for those with a nickel allergy! This heavy duty bondage collar is so comfortable, you will want to wear it at all times.
