Uberkinky is still running and we're still despatching orders from our warehouse daily. UK services remain unaffected; however, due to the current circumstances, some International orders may experience delivery delays.

Currently, all office-based staff are working from home which includes our Customer Service team. Because of this, we've temporarily closed our phone lines and will deal with all communication via live chat and emails.

USA Delivery

We know that you guys can be very private people! As such, we promise that whatever you order will be just between us (and anyone you choose to share it with). There'll be no tell-tale signs of what's inside your package when it is delivered. In fact, the majority of items are boxed for optimum discretion, privacy and to give your package the protection it deserves. However, in cases where this is not possible we will use high strength, weather resistant, burst and puncture proof bags, to ensure that your secret never gets out!

Payment privacy

Want to keep your UberKinky preferences our little secret? Well, all that you’ll find detailed on your receipt and bank statement is NES Mail order, our limited company name. We like to keep things on the down-low!

You know what they say, "The early bird catches the worm"! Well, you don't have to be that early, simply place your order before 3.45pm Monday to Friday, select Royal Mail 24 or any UPS delivery service, and it will be dispatched the very same day. Orders placed after 3.45pm on a Friday or at the weekend will leave our warehouse on Monday.

We realise that when it comes to receiving your UberKinky parcel, speed is a good thing! So, rest assured, we'll ensure that it comes as quickly as possible!

Standard Delivery

We don't like to play favourites here at UberKinky! But, when it comes to carriers, our preferred option is Royal Mail. The majority of items will be sent with their 48 tracked service (delivery 3-5 working days), unless otherwise specified. Larger items or next day guaranteed items will be sent out via DPD (or UPS for orders exceeding 30kg). For your peace of mind all our items will be sent with tracking so you can easily keep tabs on your order. Higher value orders will require a signature of delivery. When picking UK Royal Mail 24 and 48 as the delivery method you will be given the opportunity to nominate a ‘safe place’ as your preferred delivery location for when you are not at home. Ireland, Europe & Rest Of The World Delivery

Think we'd have to be really selfish to keep all of these gratifying goodies to ourselves? Well, we know just how desperate the rest of the world is to get their hands on our UberKinky packages. So, here is all the required delivery information for those that reside outside the UK;

 

Your parcel may be winging its way to you at full speed, but you'll be the one flying high when it arrives! It is, however, our duty to inform you that any Customs or import taxes are your own responsibility and, unfortunately, UberKinky has no control over them. If Customs choose that your order is not permissible, the item(s) can be seized and unfortunately in this case we cannot offer you a refund. But, don't dismay; your package will not specify any details with regards to its contents. So, why not go overboard and order something really naughty?

Variable Delivery Costs

Please note that the delivery cost will be calculated at the checkout if your order is being sent outside of the UK and you select UPS.
