There’s an even larger ring around the bottom, just before the safety flange. This diameter here measures 9.7cm for an enormous tear jerking circumference of 30.5cm! Just wash your Bubba butt plug in hot soapy water, soak him in some bleach water or pop him in the dishwasher (it will have to be the bottom rack for this big boy!)
