How To Make Gelatine Eggs

Easy to make and safe to use, gelatine eggs are the ideal pairing for your Sinnovator ovipositor. The perfect choice, particularly for use anally, they can be buried deep and will dissolve rather than hatch, so you can rest assured they mean you no harm!

Think you’re ready for this jelly? Follow these simple steps:

Method:

  1. Add 355ml (12oz/1.5 cups) water to a saucepan
  2. Sprinkle in 90g (3oz) of gelatine powder
  3. Leave mixture to stand for 10 minutes – after this time the mixture will have become solid/set
  4. Turn heat onto medium and gently whisk the mixture constantly to avoid bubbles (do not bring to the boil – reduce heat if necessary)
  5. Continue until the mixture has completely melted
  6. Attach the top part of the Sinnovator Gelatine Egg Mould to the bottom
  7. Pour the liquid gelatine through the funnel-style hole at the top of each ‘egg’ until full
  8. Put in the refrigerator and leave to set overnight/for several hours

TIPS:

  1. Opt for a well-known unflavoured brand of gelatine powder – we recommend Knox or Dr. Oetker sachets
  2. Keep your gelatine eggs in the mould and refrigerated until you are ready to use them as they are firmer and easier to use whilst still cold!
  3. Don’t use gelatine that contains dye or sugar, including JELL-O
  4. Add more gelatine powder if the eggs start to crumble or break
